FAQs

  • Both the Deluxe and Premier options include waters, cooler stocked with ice, and cleaning services post-charter.

    Fuel costs are collected in advance of the charter and based on a hourly rate. Extended hours can be paid directly or deducted from the damage deposit.

    GST of 5% will be charged on the total booking amount.

    Tips are not required but are greatly appreciated.

  • Dream Yacht Charters offers a fair-weather guarantee: bookings can be rescheduled at no additional cost due to inclement weather (minimum 12 hours notice required).

  • You’re welcome to bring your own food and beverages which can be stored in the fridges or cooler onboard.

    Not sure what to bring? We are happy to make suggestions or help you order a charcuterie board or catering.

    Please refrain from bringing any drinks or foods that could stain the leather or teak (ie. red wine) or any marking shoes or heels. We appreciate your understanding.

  • A booking deposit is required in order to schedule the charter. The remaining balance and incidental deposit is required 3 days in advance of the charter date.

  • A hold of $1000 CAD will be taken prior to the charter date to cover any incidental damage or excessive cleaning.

  • If we are fully booked, we can put you on a cancellation list or help you find another charter!
